Engineering development
During the development process, a complete digital model of the device was created, taking into account the design and placement of the equipment.
Special attention was paid to:
- rational internal layout;
- reducing the weight of the structure;
- convenience of service;
- payload integration;
- adaptability of manufacturing;
- reliability of the design.
CAD modeling
A detailed CAD model was developed, including all the main structural elements.:
- load-bearing frame;
- wing folding mechanism;
- tail fin;
- the power plant;
- electronic modules;
- cable routes;
- equipment mounting system;
- a gyrostabilized optoelectronic station.
Each node was modeled taking into account the actual design and the relative location of the components.

Result
As a result of the project, a fully functional three-dimensional engineering model of a tactical unmanned aerial vehicle was created, designed for further development, prototype manufacturing and integration of specialized equipment.
