As part of the project, our studio carried out a study of industrial design options for an unmanned aerial vehicle designed for video surveillance, territory monitoring and facility inspection. The main goal of the work was to create a modern drone appearance that would simultaneously meet engineering requirements, ensure efficient equipment layout and create a recognizable visual image of the product.
At the first stage, existing solutions in the field of professional unmanned platforms were analyzed, after which a series of housing concepts with different geometries, proportions and surface patterns were developed. The study covered dozens of shape options for the nose, side panels, top cover and tail area, allowing us to evaluate both the aesthetic qualities of the product and the convenience of placing internal components.
Special attention was paid to the issues of aerodynamics, reduction of body weight and rational use of internal volume. The design was designed taking into account the placement of batteries, flight control system, navigation equipment, communication channels, video cameras and other payloads. At the same time, the issues of manufacturability, ease of assembly and maintenance of the device were being worked out.
After selecting the most successful concept, a high-precision three-dimensional CAD model of the case was created, the equipment layout was checked, and photorealistic visualizations were prepared, which made it possible to evaluate the product even before the prototype was manufactured. The developed design was subsequently implemented as a physical prototype and used for flight tests.

Project result
As a result of the work of our studio RENDERWOKS, the concept of the external body of a professional quadcopter was formed, combining functionality, adaptability and modern industrial design. The developed design ensured the rational placement of all the main components, while maintaining the compact size of the device and its expressive appearance. The prepared digital model became the basis for the production of a physical prototype, which successfully passed the assembly and testing stage, confirming the correctness of the selected design and design solutions.
