For the AVAKS company, specializing in the development of unmanned systems and control equipment, our studio has developed an industrial design for a demonstration unmanned aerial vehicle. The project was created to present the company's technologies and demonstrate the internal modules of the management system at specialized exhibitions and industry events.

Our team was faced with the task of creating not just a spectacular exhibition exhibit, but a full-fledged demonstration complex combining industrial design, engineering design and modern visual aesthetics.

At the first stage, numerous concepts of the device's appearance were developed, differing in body architecture, equipment layout and stylistics. Special attention was paid to ensuring that the design remained as open as possible and allowed the demonstration of the main electronic modules, communication and control systems, which are key products of the company.

After choosing a promising direction, the project continued to develop together with the specialists of the Awacs company. In the course of joint work, the design has been repeatedly improved, taking into account the requirements for strength, equipment placement, ease of assembly and product demonstration.

In addition to the exterior design, a spatial power frame was developed, integrated into the overall architecture of the device. This design made it possible to combine the functions of the supporting frame, mounting equipment and decorative panels into a single engineering system.

The final stage was the production of a demonstration sample, which was presented at a specialized exhibition and was successfully used to demonstrate the company's technologies to potential customers and partners.

Project result

A demonstration unmanned aerial vehicle with an open architecture has been developed, which makes it possible to visually present the company's electronic systems and engineering solutions. The project combined industrial design, engineering, and product preparation, culminating in the creation of a full-size demonstration sample.
