GRIZLY is a versatile 6×6 expedition all—terrain vehicle with ultra-low pressure tires. The machine combines high cross-country capability, modern industrial aesthetics and engineering simplicity. Thanks to its modular architecture, the platform can be used for both civilian and special tasks.

1. The mission of the project

GRIZLY is being created as a universal off-road platform for use where there are no roads.

The main task of the machine is to ensure reliable transportation of people, equipment and goods in the most difficult natural conditions without the need for complex special equipment.

The project is operation-oriented:

  • tundra;
  • logging areas;
  • mountainous area;
  • wetlands;
  • virgin snow;

3. General concept and design

GRIZLY is designed according to the principles of RenderWorks Industrial Design.

There are no decorative elements in the structure that do not fulfill a functional task.

  • large ultra-low pressure tires;
  • high body line;
  • strict geometry of surfaces;
  • minimum number of stamped parts;

All exterior panels are designed in such a way as to maximize the use of:

  • laser cutting;
  • sheet bending presses;
  • welded spatial structures.

This significantly reduces the cost of production and repairs.
