For the company ALEKO, our studio has developed a highly detailed 3D model of an industrial shredder for plastic recycling. In addition to the external geometry of the equipment, internal mechanisms, guides, drive units, cutting tools and a material supply system were modeled. The final model fully corresponds to the design of real equipment and can be used for both marketing materials and technical presentations.
A special feature of the project was the development of a full-fledged animation of the shredder's work. To demonstrate the principle of recycling as clearly as possible, we performed a physical simulation of the fall of plastic raw materials, their capture by working mechanisms and further crushing. Thanks to this, the viewer sees not just the appearance of the machine, but fully understands the principle of its operation.
Such animations are much more effective than regular photographs or videos, as they allow you to show processes that cannot be seen in real equipment without cutting it or stopping production. The manufacturer gets a powerful tool for exhibitions, presentations, staff training and equipment promotion on the website.
