Our studio has developed a digital model of a hydroelectric power plant, including a dam, an engine room, hydro turbines and auxiliary engineering structures. Based on this model, an animated film was created dedicated to the construction of the Nizhne-Bureyskaya HPP.
In such projects, it is especially important to show not only the appearance of the structure, but also the principles of its operation. Therefore, in addition to the architectural part, hydraulic engineering elements, spillways, turbine chambers and internal equipment of the station were modeled.
The large scale of the facility required careful study of structures, textures of concrete, metal elements, hydraulic structures and the surrounding area. Visualization allowed us to obtain spectacular general plans of the station, as well as large shots of individual engineering units.
The creation of such digital models makes it possible to demonstrate the stages of construction, reconstruction and operation of hydraulic engineering facilities without conducting expensive surveys at existing facilities.
If necessary, we can perform simulations based on design documentation, executive drawings, laser scanning results, as well as use aerial photography materials from unmanned aerial vehicles to reproduce existing objects as accurately as possible.
