For ALEKO, our studio has developed a high-precision three-dimensional model of a gravimetric dispenser designed for automatic dosing and mixing of polymer raw materials. In addition to creating a CAD visualization of the equipment, a full-fledged animated video was made, demonstrating the internal structure of the system and the principle of its operation.
One of the key tasks of the project was the visual visualization of processes that cannot be seen in real equipment. For this purpose, an animation with transparent body elements was created to show the movement of the material through individual bins, the operation of metering mechanisms and the process of mixing components before feeding into the extruder.
Special attention was paid to physically reliable simulation of the behavior of granular raw materials. The use of a physical calculation system made it possible to realistically reproduce the falling, dosing and mixing of plastic pellets, making the animation not only spectacular, but also technically understandable for engineers, technologists and potential customers.
The materials obtained were used to present the equipment, educate customers, and demonstrate the advantages of the design at exhibitions and in commercial offers.
