Description
The VERTA X6 is a compact motorboat in which the hull architecture is subordinated not to appearance, but to ease of use.
The project is aimed at users who need a versatile boat for fishing and traveling, capable of combining spacious work areas, a large number of storage areas and free movement around the cockpit.
Almost every element of the interior space performs several functions, turning the limited volume of the case into a full-fledged working environment.
Wednesday
The boat is designed for use on rivers, lakes and reservoirs, where a combination of maneuverability, spaciousness and convenience of equipment organization is required.
The layout is designed for long trips, during which the crew constantly moves around the boat, uses a large amount of equipment and needs quick access to gear, life-saving equipment and personal belongings.
Engineering study
The functional organization of the interior space became the basis of the project. Instead of increasing the size of the case, attention is focused on the rational use of each available volume.
The forward and aft decks form spacious work areas allowing for free movement during fishing, boat maintenance or mooring.
Virtually all seats, decks and side consoles are integrated with the system of internal storage compartments, so that the equipment is distributed throughout the hull without reducing the useful space of the cockpit.
The center console has a compact size and does not interfere with the movement of the crew. The opening section of the windshield provides quick access to the forward deck and facilitates work when anchoring or approaching the shore.
The interior architecture provides for the possibility of further adapting the boat to various operating scenarios by changing the composition of the equipment without reworking the basic structure.
Project result
The concept of a multipurpose aluminum motorboat has been developed, which focuses on the functional organization of the interior space. The project demonstrates the approach of our studio RENDERWORKS to the design of small vessels, where the ease of operation is determined not by the size of the hull, but by the quality of the layout solutions.
