SUDAK is a modern multipurpose special purpose fire and rescue boat designed as a universal working platform for use in ports, inland waterways, coastal areas and marine areas.

1. The mission of the project

Modern emergency services need not only high-speed boats, but also a versatile work platform capable of performing a wide range of tasks without complex maintenance and high cost of operation.

SUDAK (** A special Universal Emergency Boat on Duty**) was created precisely as such a boat.

His task is to work daily, in any weather, performing a wide variety of operations.:

  • extinguishing fires on ships and coastal facilities;
  • search and rescue operations;
  • evacuation of people;
  • the work of diving units;
  • patrolling the water area;
  • ensuring port security;
  • towing of small vessels;
  • elimination of the consequences of accidents;
  • transportation of equipment;
  • provision of special services.

The boat is designed for round-the-clock operation with high intensity of use.


2. The idea of SUDAK

The name SUDAK symbolizes a strong, fast and extremely maneuverable predatory fish with lightning-fast reactions.

3. General concept and design

The project is built around the idea of a working platform.\ The entire architecture of the building is subordinated to functionality.

Main design features:

  • enlarged forward deck;

  • maximum free deck space;
  • safe passages along the sides;
  • Powerful fire monitor;

The exterior design is inspired by the silhouette of a walleye:

  • the rapid line of the hull;
  • wedge-shaped silhouette;
  • powerful aft section;
  • expressive geometry of the sides.

The architecture of the building is as concise as possible. Almost all panels are designed as flat elements for laser cutting and bending.
This significantly reduces the cost of production.


4. Engineering solutions

One of the main objectives of the project was to create the most technologically advanced design. \ The following solutions are used for this.

Housing

  • aluminum-MAGNESIUM ALLOY 5086;
  • longitudinal power set;
  • reinforced nose;
  • self-draining deck;
  • developed halting structures.

Production

The building consists mainly of:

The large front work area allows you to place:
