The work began with the research of existing solutions and the search for a new architecture of the building. We have created a modern design that reflects the purpose of the equipment and ensures high technological efficiency of production. At the same time, issues of cabin ergonomics, visibility, equipment layout, crew safety and ease of maintenance were being worked out.
Engineering study
After the concept was approved, a detailed CAD model of the entire structure was created, including the spatial frame, hull, engine suspension elements, propeller protection, cabin, deck equipment and main power units. All solutions were developed taking into account the requirements of real production and subsequent operation.\
Result
Based on the digital model, the structural elements were manufactured and a prototype was assembled. Throughout the project, our team accompanied the production process, helping to adapt the design to real technological processes and promptly make the necessary changes.\
The project became an example of our studio RENDERWORKS integrated vehicle development, where industrial design, engineering design and production implementation were combined into a single process.
