MARTEN medium tracked all-terrain vehicle

MARTEN is a modern universal medium tracked platform of the new generation, designed for operation in conditions of complete absence of roads. The machine combines high maneuverability, reliability, modern industrial design and maximum maintainability. The architecture of the platform allows you to create a whole family of specialized equipment — from expedition and rescue vehicles to military, scientific and cargo modifications.

1. The mission of the project

The modern world increasingly requires equipment capable of operating where there is no infrastructure.

MARTEN (Modular Adaptive Rover for Transport, Engineering & Navigation) is a universal tool for people working in extreme conditions.

The name MARTEN is inspired by the marten.

It is a small, incredibly agile, strong and hardy predator, able to move freely through snow, swamps, windbreaks and rocky slopes.

These qualities formed the basis of the project's philosophy.

3. General concept and design of RenderWorks Industrial Design

The main objective of the project was to create a modern machine that can actually be mass-produced.

Therefore, design is completely subordinated to engineering.

The appearance is inspired by the plastic head of a marten.
