Our studio has completed a comprehensive development of a digital model of a modern production complex for a manufacturer of motor oils. As part of the project, a detailed three-dimensional model of the entire enterprise was created, including technological installations, a tank farm, pipeline systems, pumping equipment, an operator's room, a laboratory, storage areas and production lines.
The main objective of the project was not only to create a realistic model of the plant, but also to demonstrate the full technological cycle of engine oil production. For this purpose, a series of animated videos has been developed, showing in detail the product path — from the receipt of base oils and components to the receipt of finished products and their packaging.
Special attention was paid to the reliability of technological processes. A physical simulation of liquid behavior was used to visualize the mixing of components, the movement of oil through pipelines, the operation of pumping equipment, and the filling of containers. Thanks to this, it was possible to reproduce the processes of pumping, dosing, mixing and bottling products as realistically as possible.
A separate stage of the project was the visualization of the mixing units, which demonstrated the intake of base oil, the sequential addition of various additives, the mixing process and the production of the finished product. A specialized fluid simulation has been developed for these scenes, taking into account the dynamics of flows, the formation of vortices and the interaction of components inside the equipment.
The created materials were used for the presentation of the production complex, staff training, technology demonstration to potential customers and investors, as well as as marketing materials of the company.

Project result
As a result, the customer received a full-fledged digital twin of the production complex, which makes it possible to visually demonstrate the work of the enterprise without filming in an existing production facility. Thanks to the use of physically correct simulation of liquids, it was possible to realistically show all the key stages of the technological process — the intake of raw materials, mixing of components, transportation of the product through the pipeline system, the operation of technological equipment and the packaging of finished engine oil. The received materials have become an effective tool for presentations, staff training, marketing and communication with partners and customers.
