For ALEKO, our studio has developed a detailed 3D model of a ring extruder for polymer film production. All the main components of the installation were modeled, including the extrusion head, air supply system, cooling elements, control cabinet and auxiliary equipment.
A special feature of the project was the development of process animation. We visualized the formation of a film sleeve, showed the movement of hot and cold air flows that regulate the thickness of the film, and also added an animated control panel that displays changes in the operating parameters of the equipment.
Such visualization makes it possible to explain the principle of operation of a complex technological installation much more clearly than traditional diagrams or text descriptions. The manufacturer receives a modern tool for staff training, demonstration of equipment to potential customers and participation in international exhibitions.
