For ALEKO, our studio has completed a comprehensive project to create a digital model of a plastic recycling line. In addition to the crusher itself, a loading hopper, a cyclone, a pipeline system, fans, pumping equipment, a receiving bag and all auxiliary units of the installation were modeled.
The main task of the project was to create an animation of the technological process. We showed the operation of the cutting mechanism, the physical simulation of the destruction of plastic products, the transportation of crushed material through pipelines by air flow and its accumulation in a receiving bag.
It is impossible to implement such projects with the help of ordinary video shooting. Thanks to 3D modeling, you can literally "look inside" the equipment and show the processes that take place inside the machine body. Such materials significantly increase the efficiency of equipment presentations and allow customers to quickly understand how the production line works.
