Our studio has completed a series of projects to create digital models of extrusion lines for the production of polymer films by ALEKO. Several production complexes of various capacities were modeled, including dozens of pieces of equipment, metal structures, ladders, service platforms, pipelines, material transportation systems and extrusion modules.
Such projects require high modeling accuracy, since each line is a complex industrial complex consisting of a large number of interconnected nodes. When creating the models, special attention was paid to the engineering reliability of the design, industrial materials, the scale of the equipment and the realistic rendering of metal surfaces.
Based on digital models, a series of photorealistic visualizations was prepared for catalogs and international exhibitions, as well as animations demonstrating the operation of various equipment models. Thanks to 3D modeling, a manufacturer can present equipment even before it is manufactured, show various configurations, prepare promotional materials for new projects, and use the same models for many years.
This is especially important for manufacturers of industrial equipment, since many installations are assembled individually for a specific customer and are often physically absent at the time of catalog preparation. In such cases, a high-quality 3D model becomes a full-fledged substitute for professional photography and allows you to obtain an almost unlimited number of images, animations, technical illustrations and presentation materials.
